The second sunflower (the one with the hover fly on from Sunday) has opened completely this morning and I love the swirly pattern of the center. I drained the colour out to try and show off the pattern more it reminds me of the old ATV advert, can anyone else remember that?, or spiragraph or Ariel washing powder! If you look closely you can even see a couple of beasties.

ReplyDeleteWhenever I see a sunflower middle I think of a programme all about maths in nature - google "fibonacci sequence" and click on images! Don't ask me to explain though ha ha!
